LilianHOFFE('Ann') (December, 31st 2022) Ann passed away peacefully with family members present in Barony Lodge Care Home, Nantwich aged 96 years. A loving Mum to Madeleine, Mick and the late Chris, Sister to Mair, Gran to David, Kate, Mari, Elin, Alex and Jo, Great Grandmother to Aimee, Jack, Teddy and Rowan and a loyal friend to many, Ann will be very sadly missed by all her family and friends. Mourners attending the funeral service are asked to gather at Acton Village Hall (Acton, CW5 8LE) on Wednesday 18th January 2023 at 11:15am followed by a graveside service and burial at St Mary's Churchyard Acton at 12 noon. A reception will be held at Acton Village Hall following the graveside service where you are more than welcome to attend to continue to share your memories of Ann. Donations in memory of Ann will be gratefully received towards Help Ukraine Appeal.
