BettyHOLDENHOLDEN - BETTY, The family of the late Betty Holden would like to thank everyone for their support and kindness during Mum's illness: Doctor Hill and the district nurses at Haslington surgery, all the Macmillan nurses and all the staff at Hollymere house. Ben, Diane and all the team at Oxley's for their impeccable service and support. Our sincere thanks go to all family, friends and neighbours who attended Mum's funeral. Generous donations totaling £360 were received on behalf of Macmillan nurses.
