MavisHOLDENHOLDEN (MAVIS) - Derek, Catherine, Christopher and families would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours - too numerous to mention individually, for the many cards of condolence, messages of sympathy, donations and beautiful floral tributes received at this very sad time. Grateful thanks to the Doctor and staff St Hubert's Surgery for looking after Mavis over the years, also to all the staff on the M.A.U. at Royal Blackburn Hospital for doing all they could. Special thanks to Rev. Michael Woods for his comforting words and kind ministrations, also to Dennis and to all at E.T. Birtwistle and Sons Ltd for their professional arrangements and finally thanks to all who attended the funeral service "God Bless You All."
