GertrudeHOLDENHOLDEN (GERTRUDE) - The Family of the late Gertrude Holden wish to thank all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy and cards of condolence received at this sad time. Grateful thanks also to everyone who so kindly gave a donation in memory of Gertrude to 'When you wish upon a star'. Special thanks to the Family Doctor and staff at Royal Blackburn Hospital for their medical attention and to Father P. Bourke for his ministrations and taking the Funeral Mass.
