Aged 48 years. Much loved Daddy of Alfie,
Brother of Gary and Nephew of Barbara.
Carl will be greatly missed by all family and friends.

Funeral Service will take place at
Fradley Crematorium
on Monday 23rd April 2018 at 11.30am.

Family flowers only. Donations, if desired
made payable to St Giles Hospice.
