RoyHOLLINSPassed away peacefully on July 1st 2024 at the RSUH with family by his side, Roy, aged 92 years of Westlands, Newcastle.

Now reunited with his dearly loved wife Sheila and a much loved uncle and great-uncle.

Roy will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.

Funeral service to take place at St Giles Church, Newcastle on Thursday July 18th at 12.30pm followed by cremation at Bradwell Crematorium.

No flowers please, donations if desired for St Giles Church, Newcastle.

Roy and Sheila - what a fabulous couple we met on holiday when I took husband’s Nan and Aunt away with my two boys. We met on the coach going as Roy and Sheila began talking to my son Dom who was sitting in front of them. We became firm friends and there were always birthday and Christmas card exchanges until lovely Sheila passed away. Roy was never the same after that day and he longed to be back with her, well now the time has come. Will miss you Roy. Thank you both for the friendship over the years it will be forever cherished. Lots of love to you both, glad you’re both back together xxx

Such a lovely couple. We all met on a holiday many years ago and still kept in touch, every birthday we would have a card without fail. Rest in peace Roy, and to the late Sheila.
