Funeral Friday January 25th, Cortege from Fountain House, service at Carmountside Cemetery Chapel at 1.30pm followed by interment in the lawn cemetery, will friends wishing to attend kindly meet at the chapel, family flowers only please, donations if desired to the League of Friends at the Leek Moorlands Hospital.
