Lesley AnnHOLMESHOLMES - LESLEY ANN, (nee KELLY), September 13th, 2014. Peacefully in hospital, aged 63 years with her partner Pete at her side. Lesley will be sadly missed by all her devoted family and friends. Funeral Service will take place at St. Martin's Church, Kirkby on Friday, September 26th at 2.15 p.m., followed by Cremation at Thornton Crematorium.
