ElaineHOLMESNee Chadwick Peacefully at rest on the 15th March 2018 at the Haywood Hospital. Elaine aged 79 years of Bradwell. Devoted Wife of the late Terry, much loved Mum of Debbie and Vicky, loving Na of Karl, Kyle, Ashleigh, Reece and Kirsty, Great Nanny of Cassie, Miya and Hope, a dear Sister of Graham and Eric, treasured Sister-in-law of Glenis.
Elaine will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all her loving family and friends.
Funeral service and cremation to be held at Bradwell Crematorium on Tuesday 17th April 2018 at 3.20pm. Will all relatives please accept this the only intimation, friends wishing to attend please meet at the crematorium.
Family flowers only, donations preferred to Dementia UK.
No mourning clothes, please wear a touch of Pink.
