JackHOLMESSadly passed away on Saturday 27th October 2018, aged 84 years. Beloved husband, father, step-father and proud and loving grandad to Hannah and Katie. Funeral Service will be held at Sutton Coldfield Crematorium on Wednesday 14th November at 1.00pm.
