Pam was a devoted wife of many years to Dave. Mother to Tracey, Paul and Mark. Grandma to Jack, Lewis and Molly.

The family would like to Welcome all to The Codnor Inn Pub, Jessop Street, after the service to raise a glass to a wonderful women.
-Family Flowers only.
-Donations are being taken for: the Air Ambulance.
