SusanHOLMESOn the 22nd October, peacefully at her home in Dalton, Susan aged 76 years. The beloved wife of the late David. Much loved mum of Mark, Simon and Sarah, very dear mother in law of Liz, Hayley and Anthony, a proud and loving grandma, dear sister and auntie.
Funeral service at Huddersfield Crematorium on Tuesday 14th November at 10.30am. Family flowers only please. Donations if wished may be given for Kirkwood Hospice c/o Golcar Funeral Directors, 51 Leymoor Road, Longwood, Huddersfield, HD3 4SW. A donation box will be available at the service. Will friends please accept this intimation and meet at the crematorium.
