Peacefully at home on 28th May aged 76 years. Thomas (Toma).
Dearly loved Husband of Wendy. Much loved Dad of Lyndsey, Thomas, Michelle and Jonathan. A dear Father in law of Barry and Vicky and cherished Grandad of all his Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. Also a dear Brother of Colin.
Thomas will be greatly missed by all family and friends.
Cremation at the West Road Crematorium on Thursday 13th June at 11:15am. Friends please meet at the Crematorium.
Flowers welcome or donations in lieu of flowers if desired to Dementia UK.
