MaryHOLTof Church, Accrington, passed away peacefully at home on October 31, aged 93. Beloved wife of late Kenneth Holt, much loved mum to Yvonne, Janet and Kevin. Dear mother-in-law to David and Marilyn. Devoted gran to Sean, Andrea, David, late grandson Lee, Laura and Matthew. She also leaves behind many great grandchildren. Mary worked as a home help for many years. Mary in her younger years worked as an usherette in the picture house where she met her future husband Kenneth of 60 years. Mary enjoyed breaks away in the caravan in Longridge. She enjoyed playing bingo and liked a cheeky bet on horses and lottery in the bookies. Mary’s funeral will be held at Accrington Crematorium on Wednesday, November 13 at 2.20pm. Family flowers only, donations to be made to North West Air Ambulance.
