He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
Tom's funeral service will take place on
Friday 31st May 2024 at
1:30pm, Saint Michael & All Angels, Markfield followed by cremation service at Gilroes Crematorium.
Family flowers only but donations if so desired are being collected for Dementia UK.
