Jane ScottHOMFRAYsadly passed away at St Joseph's Convent Nursing Home on the 20th May aged 95 years. She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends A service to celebrate her life at St Thomas' Church, Walton on the Hill on Wednesday 22nd June at 12.30pm followed by a Service of Committal at Stafford Crematorium. Donations in memory of Jane will help support the work of Katharine House Hospice and the St Josephs Convent Nursing Home Residents Fund.
