Funeral service on Tuesday 17th December, 11.00am at St Blaise Parish Church followed by interment at Rosehill Cemetery.
Family flowers only requested but donations if desired may be sent to Children's Hospice SW (Little Harbour) or placed in the donation box at the service. No black attire please.
