BrianHOODMBE Former Councilor and Chair of Monmouthshire County Council (2011-2012) Passed away peacefully on Tuesday 21st March, aged 90 years. Devoted Husband of the late Jeanette. Loving Father to Alan and Jacquie. Will be sadly missed by his family, colleagues and friends. Funeral service to be held on Tuesday 18th April, 2.30pm at Bath Abbey.
