MyfanwyHOOKHOOK - Myfanwy (Van) Dearly beloved wife of Terry Hook and much loved mother of Fraser, Amanda, Ashley and Bradley. Passed away peacefully on 22 January. Deeply missed by all her family and friends and all that knew her. Funeral service to be held on 6 March at St John Church, Westwood Heath, CV4 8GN at 1.30pm. Followed by Committal at Canley Crematorium, CV4 7DF. Family flowers only please. Myfanwy was one of my first teachers at the nursery school when I was little. She was a dear life long friend to my later mother Lynda Rook. My condolences to Myfanwy and her family.
