JeffreyHOOKEMSuddenly but peacefully passed away on the 9th October 2023 aged 71 years, surrounded by his loving family. Loving Husband to Carole, Dad of David, Mary, John and Paul. Brother to Colin and a loving Grandad to all his Grandchildren. A service to remember Jeffrey will be held at Holy Cross Church, Cottingham on Friday 3rd November 2023 at 12:00. Family flowers only by request. He will be sadly missed and loved dearly by all his family and friends. Resting at H Kemp and Son Ltd 01482 844695
