HOOKERBEM Alan George 13/02/1941 - 26/09/2017 Passed away peacefully on 26 September, aged 76 years, at St Clare Hospice after a short illness.A much loved husband of Ann, father of Sally and Emma and grandfather to Noah, Emily, Freddie, Tom and Will.
