HazelHOPKINSTomlin With the saddest of hearts, we announce Hazel's peaceful passing on 13th May 2021 aged 95 years. Devoted wife of Ron (deceased). Dearly loved sister and sister in law of Keith and Edwina. Cherished Auntie of Karen, Jason and their families. In lieu of flowers, donations in Hazel's memory may be made to the Alzheimers Society UK.

Dearest Auntie . It’s with overwhelming sadness that we have to say goodbye to you. We are lucky to have so many lovely memories of you and have been so blessed to have had you in our lives.
