BrianHORNPassed away on the 11th January 2026, at Southport Hospital, aged 88 years.
Devoted husband to Irene. Wonderful Father to Conrad and Annette and treasured Grandfather to Leah and Joshua.
Funeral Service and Committal will take place at West Lancashire Crematorium on 31st January 2026 at 12.00 noon.
The family are accepting donations for the MS Society.
