Dr MichaelHORNE(Melton Park) Passed away peacefully in hospital on 4th June, aged 79 years after a short illness. Devoted husband of the late Eileen. Loving father of Michael and Andrea. Much loved grandad to Sophie, Lucy, Hannah, Zoe, Emily, and Alex. Retired GP in Heaton Road. Michael will be missed deeply by his family and friends.
