Ronald (Ron/Ronnie)HORNERIt is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Ronald (Ron/Ronnie) whilst in the devoted care of Lindsey Hall Care Home on Tuesday 30th May 2023. Reunited with his much-loved Wife Joy. Most cherished Dad of Janice and Karen, Father-in-law of Brian and Tim, beloved Grandad of James and Lynsey and Great Grandad of Harry, Ron was also a loving Brother of Jean and Margaret, loved Uncle of Gary, Andrew, Diane, Linda, Mark and Tracey. Ron was a good friend of many and will be sadly missed by all who knew him. A celebration of Ron's life will take place on Tuesday 27th June at 12:45pm at Grimsby Crematorium. Family flowers only by request of the family, however donations may be made in Ron's memory to Alzheimer's Society or given on the day of the service. I had the pleasure of dealing with Ron for many many years at Mercedes Benz of Grimsby. What a lovely man he was. He always spoke about his trips to France with his grandson. Rest in peace Mr Horner
