Val (Margaret Valerie)HORSPOOLVal passed away peacefully at Dove House Hospice in Hull on 15th September 2023, aged 83 years. Much loved mother of Juliet and James and devoted granny to Dylan, Oscar and George.

Funeral to be held at St Andrew's Church, Kirkella on Friday 6th October at 2.30pm followed by a private family cremation.

Donations in lieu of flowers welcomed for The British Red Cross and Dove House Hospice.

I shall never forget your kindness when I lost my Mother, Val. You saw me every week at the hospice and I wouldn’t have got through any of it without you. Such a wonderful lady whom I’ll never forget

Val, thank you for being our wonderful friend, kind neighbour, observant advisor and inspiration.

We will miss Val and our thoughts and love are with her family.
