HORTONSamantha (Vallance) It is with great sadness we announce that our much loved Mom, Sister, Sister-in-law, Auntie and friend passed away peacefully on Thursday 28th November following a long battle with cancer at the age of 48. Sam will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Sam's funeral service will be held at Sutton Coldfield Crematorium on Tuesday 10th December at 12 noon. Family flowers, donations to be made to Macmillan nurses. Bonnie & Beth
