ClareHORTONHORTON - CLARE, October 2, 2019. Clare Horton of Tywyn passed away peacefully on Wednesday, 2 October 2019 aged 56 years. A much loved daughter, sister, aunt, great aunt, friend of fellow physiotherapists, healthcare professionals, patients and legions of friends across the world. A celebration of Clare's life will be held at Aberystwyth Crematorium on Wednesday, 30 October 2019 at 1pm. Clare requested that bright colours are to be worn.
