HildaHORTONPeacefully at home on Wednesday 28th July after a heroic battle with cancer, with her family by her side. Beloved wife of the late Joe. Much loved mother of Carol & the late Jan Ryder. Sister of John & Sheila Grindrod. Devoted grandmother of Janssen & his wife Amanda, Lee & his wife Kelly, Jo & her husband, Gavin. Julie & Shayne. Loving great grandmother of Sophia, Lyra & Frankie-Leigh. A celebration of Hilda's life is taking place at St Andrew's Church, Arm Road, Dearnley OL15 8NJ, on Tuesday 10th August from 10:15am followed by interment. You are encouraged & welcome to join our family at the Waterside Restaurant & Garden, 1 Inghams Lane, Littleborough, OL15 0NY.
