Carol RoseHORTONSuddenly on Tuesday 12th April at Hengoed Care Home, Carol aged 67 years of Ozanam Court Portmead Swansea. Dearly beloved Mum of Kathryn, Nicola and Helen. Cherished nanna of all her grandchildren, much loved sister of John, Peter and the late Derek. A kind and gentle lady who will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her Funeral Monday 9th May, friends please kindly meet at Swansea Crematorium at 10:30 am Family flowers only.
