DavidHOWARDPassed away on 1st October 2014 aged 52 years. Beloved husband of Mandy. Will be sadly missed by his children, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, in-laws and all who knew him. Funeral service to take place at Lodge Hill Crematorium on Friday 24th October 2014 at 1.30 pm. Family flowers only. Donations for critical care unit at the QE Hospital.
