JohnHOWARDMr John Francis Howard died on Monday, November 22, at the Grove Nursing Home, following his illness with cancer. He worked for Platt Saco Lowell for 20 years, then Holland’s Pies for 20 years, until he retired in 2010. John leaves two nieces, a nephew and a godson. He enjoyed going on holiday, particularly cruises, with his late wife Eileen. He also enjoyed listening to music, gardening, crosswords and watching Accrington Stanley. A cremation service will be held at Accrington Crematorium, with further details to be confirmed. Funeral director: Hyndburn Funeral Services, Accrington.
