Cecil WilliamHOWEOn Sunday, October 29th 2023, Cecil, of Tiverton, passed away peacefully at home, aged 76 years.
Beloved husband of the late Anne (Liz), loving dad of Steven, treasured brother and uncle. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
The funeral service will take place at St. Andrew's Church, Tiverton, on Monday, November 20th 2023, at 12:00 noon., followed by interment at Tiverton Cemetery.
