The beloved wife of John, much loved mam of Mark, Nicola and Chloe and also a loving granma of Steven and Anthony. Susan will be sadly missed by all her loving family and friends.
Would friends please meet for service at Saltwell Crematorium on Friday 20th December at 1pm.
By request family flowers only, donations if desired to The British Heart Foundation. A donation box will be available at the crematorium.
