BobHOWELLHilary and John wish to express their sincere thanks to all friends and neighbours for all messages and kindness and for donations received to be divided between Whitchurch Community Hospital and The Royal British Legion (Whitchurch Branch). Further thanks must go to all those who took part in the Celebration of my father's life. Extra special thanks go to the Normandy Veterans who were able to attend. Thanks also to bugle Major Douglas, Mrs Jill Hutchinson-Smith, Canon William Price and Prebendary David Jenkins for such a fitting Service. Thanks also to Team 3 at Whitchurch Community Hospital and all those who cared for him at home and at Edgeley House in the last months of his long, well lived life.
