In loving memory of our dear cousin Arthur. We have so many fond memories of him. Such a lovely man and always known to our family as 'Young Arthur'.
Our thoughts are with all of his family.

Arthur was my uncle, a kind and gentle man. I always respected him and looked for to seeing him, although it was not that often as we lived away.

He was always enquiring and interested in what was going on in our family lives. I always loved his sense of humour and how he would laugh at my dad’s bad jokes!

He was talented in many ways, being an engineer initially on ships, but later with washing machines.

From his background he supported Everton and adored his wife Lorna, and spent time with his children and grand children and also loved the Welsh countryside.

In his retirement, he took up many hobbies, including bee keeping, observing and painting wildlife, water colour and oil painting and became very accomplished at all he did.

We will miss him, but he longed to be back with loving wife Lorna and I like to think they will be happy together forevermore.

A life well lived, all the best Arthur, we will miss you.
