Eric JohnHUGHES(Jack) Sadly passed away on 18th April 2019 aged 91 years at Katharine House Hospice. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. A service to celebrate his life will be held at Stafford Crematorium on Tuesday 7th May at 1pm. Family flowers only by request but donations in lieu, if desired will support the work of Katharine House Hospice.
