MaryHUGHESIt is with much sadness that we announce the passing of our Mum, Mary Hughes, née Halavage, on Sunday 1st October 2023. Mary was a wonderful Mum to Catherine, Marlyn and Eileen, grandmother to Kevin, Paul, Daniel, Mark and Clare, great grandmother to Harry, Joseph and Olivia and mother-in-law to Brian, Tony and Bartholomew.
We would like to thank the nursing staff of Wards 17 and 18 of Monklands Hospital for their care and compassion during Mum's time there.
Mum's body will be taken to St. Edward's Church at 6pm on Tuesday 10th October, with her funeral Mass taking place at 9.30am on Wednesday 11th October. Thereafter, Mum will be laid to rest in St. Patrick's Cemetry, New Stevenson.
Rest in peace Mum.
