GillianHUGHESPassed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on the 14th December 2023
at St David’s Hospice aged 71 years.
Loving mum to Chris, Nia and Jon and Cherished mother in Law to Vicky, Matthew and Jane.
A proud nanny to Ben, Luke, Sam, Max, Alex, Jake, Finn and Grace and adored sister and siter-in-law to Peter, Davina, Keith, and Sue.

Funeral service will be held
at Colwyn Bay Crematorium 2:45pm
on Friday 22nd December 2023.

Donations if so, desired towards St David’s Hospice can be left in the offertory plate or sent c/o
