RaymondHULSEA Service of Thanksgiving in memory of Ray's life was held at St Mary's Church, Wistaston on Wednesday 22nd November 2017. Raymond Hulse was predeceased by his beloved wife, Rosemary in 2009. Ray was educated at Crewe Grammar School and Liverpool University where he graduated in chemistry. He worked at the Atomic Energy Authority, Tube Investments and ICI. At ICI he qualified as a chartered Patent Agent. On retirement he went into private practice, his principle client being Ford Motor Company until his wife's death in 2009. His many interests included angling, table tennis, golf, football and walking. He was governor at two local schools and a member of the Rotary Club of Crewe. Family, friends and neighbours attended the service conducted by Rev. Mike Turnbull, with a tribute to Ray's life read by Sarah Douglas, Oxley's Funeral Services. Donations gratefully received for the Macmillan Support Unit Leighton Hospital.
