Philip RaymondHULSEPhil, Sadly, passed away at home on Monday 8th November 2021 surrounded by his family.
A beloved Husband, Dad, Granddad and friend to many.
A celebration of his life will be held at Trent Valley Crematorium, Aston on Trent on Wednesday 24th November at 1:30pm.
