JackHULTONPROFFITT Who passed away on September 22nd, 2013. Christine, Elaine, Louise, Claire and their families wish to thank friends for their kind thoughts, messages of sympathy and comfort following their sad loss. Thanking you also for the generous donations received to be shared between R.N.L.I. and The Mold Hospital League of Friends. Sincere gratitude is extended to the staff of Erddig Ward, Wrexham Maelor Hospital and the receptionists and doctors at Pendre Surgery, Mold for their care. Jack was a very special gentleman who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
