Mr John Huntington and family wish to thank all relatives, friends, and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy, letters of condolence, cards, and donations to the Motor Neurone Disease association received in their sad bereavement, also to Dr Barnwell, staff at Kirkheaton Surgery and of Ward 6 at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary for their care and kindness and to Zetta Bear for her visit and comforting Service. Also a special thanks to the staff of the N.H.S community, advice and support Service (CASS) Team for their continual support and assistance given to Maureen and myself all through this terrible illness.
