They would also like to thank friends, Family and neighbours for attending John’s funeral service and for the many cards and donations received for the Macmillan Nurses. A special thank you to Camp Hill District Nurses, especially Denise, also Macmillan Nurses, especially Annie for their care of John, and support to the Family. Thank you also to Derek Hams for a lovely service, and special thanks to W. Smith & Sons Funeral Directors for their kindness and support shown to us at this very sad time.
