BarbaraHURLEYIt is with great sadness, we announce the death of Babs Hurley (of Roath, Cardiff), who passed away peacefully aged 83, surrounded by loving family, on Sunday 29th September 2024 at Willowbrook House Nursing Home, Cardiff. Beloved and adored wife of Joe. Much loved Mum to Jayne, Robert, Gareth and respected mother-in-law to Paula and Pamela, and a loved Nan to all her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Devoted daughter to the late Anne & Viv Huzzey, and treasured sister to Andrea, Dianne and the late Richard and Gillian. A much loved sister-in-law, aunty, cousin, neighbour and friend, Babs will be very sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. Family and friends are invited to meet at the funeral service on Wednesday 30th October at 12 noon at St Albans Roman Catholic Church, Swinton St., Splott, Cardiff. CF24 2NT, followed by interment at Northern Cemetery, Manor Parc, Cardiff CF14 9UA. No flowers by family request, Donations in memory of Babs, if desired can be made to Stroke Association at www.greenwillowfunerals.com.
