The Funeral Service is to take place at Valley Chapel, Haycombe Crematorium, Bath on Wednesday 17th April at 11.30am.
Please wear colourful clothes or what you feel comfortable in.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired for Dorothy House Hospice may be sent direct or left in the retiring collection following the service.
