John HarwoodHUTTONPeacefully at Plas Crigyll Residential Home, Bryngwran on the 29th of June 2022 aged 93 years of Ty Mawr, Penmynydd previously of Llangollen. Beloved husband of the late Gladys and a dear brother of Mary and her husband Brian. He will be sadly missed. Funeral on Wednesday July 13th, public graveside service at St. Gredifael's Church Cemetery, Penmynydd at 11.30a.m. Family flowers only but donations gratefully received in memory of John towards Cancer Research UK c/o the funeral director 29 Castle Street, Beaumaris, Anglesey, LL58 8AP. I was sad to hear that John had passed away. Despite the sadness he had a good innings as they say.

I saw both Gladys and John at Ty Mawr a year or so before Gladys passed away. During our coffee chat that day John talked about his two novels. After I returned home I bought them both. My favourite is Accidental Crimes. It's a very good read. He was a talented writer.
