Derek SalisburyINGHAMof Accrington, died on Sunday, September 29, aged 77. Derek was a company managing director and the original inventor of Steak Canadian. He initially ran this from his butchers shop in Accrington and later moved his business to Oswaldtwistle. He had many happy times of spending time with his family sailing his boat on Lake Windermere. He enjoyed walking his Welsh Terrier Archie. He was a very sociable man who loved life. Derek enjoyed spending his time with his late wife Anne who passed away in May this year. He was father to Debbie and Tracey Blanc and grandfather to Gracie Blanc. The funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 8 at Accrington Crematorium.
