Beloved Husband of Barbara, much loved Dad to Gary, Nicola and Andrew, A special Grandad to Kaisha, Nesha, Ethan, Millie and Charlie and a loving Brother to Alan and Joyce. Jake will be sadly missed by all his loving family and friends. Funeral service will take place on Friday 25th November, in Agecroft Crematorium at 12.20pm.
