We wish to express our gratitude to everyone who looked after Norman, all doctors and nurses at the Freeman Hospital, doctors practice and district nurses at Fenham Hall Medical Group, Macmillan and Marie Curie Hospice. Thanks to Ian Chisholm for his lovely service and special thanks to Martin Duffy for his years of friendship, kind words and breaking of the wand ceremony which was a magical farewell. Also thanks to Steve of R.W. Barrett and Son for his care and understanding.
